Our reanalysis project is complete and WebTrends should be back-to-normal and up-to-date. If you see anything unusual in your reports or if data seems to be lagging more than a day behind, let Eric know (including the name of the profile where you spot the issue -- what you see is just a few out of hundreds in the system so we need to know the specific name of the profile you're looking at).

We're trying to reanalyze a report for a large (web-heavy) department and it's taking a very long time to finish; until it does, other reports will be running behind and your data will be slightly older than usual. We hope it's complete by this evening (2/27); if so, tomorrow's reports will be current.
Yes, indeed, WebTrends was unavailable for an hour or two yesterday morning (Feb 25th). All's well now... but if you log in and receive a message that the server is unavailable, feel free to contact the Tech Desk (x2-6230) and report it; we probably know about it, but we might not and yours could be the first alert of the problem.
WebTrends functionality was restored late Friday night. If you notice any oddities or inconsistencies in your reports from the past couple of days, please notify Eric immediately. Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience!
