Whirlwind!

We're a week and a half into the semester, and life has been busy and awesome all at the same time!

Classes
My classes are going well. I'm taking my last theology class, statistics, interpersonal communication, and psychology. Last year I took mostly communication and journalism classes for my major, but this semester I am getting some general classes done and some classes for my minor. It's nice to break things up and have a little different work flow this semester. We're just starting to pick up the speed in most of my classes...I already have a research paper due Monday!

Have you been to it? If not, you should! Ha ha...shameless plug. I know I've talked about this in earlier blog posts, but I'm the director of TommieMedia.com this semester, and we launched the site last Wednesday (the first day of class) at midnight. So far, the response has been AWESOME!!! It is so cool to do daily journalism. The staff of "TM" really feel like they are actual reporters. It's good experience for the profession, and it's good for the entire St. Thomas community to stay more informed. Like I said, if you haven't checked it out yet, do it!

Those two things are pretty much controlling my life right now! Like I said...it's going to be a busy semester, but it's also going to be a fun one. I'll keep you posted!
