HI!

Hello everyone out there. Before I begin I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Shane and I am a sophomore at St. Thomas. I really enjoyed my freshman year and cannot WAIT to get back on campus to see all my friends and start some pretty cool classes in the fall. I am a broadcast journalism and communication studies major. Hopefully someday you will see me on TV and think to yourself, "Why, I knew him when he was just a blogger..." Okay, maybe not....

Summer time

So this summer has gone by way too fast. It is already half over! I guess I can attribute that to my crazy busy schedule. I am working at a TV station this summer and the job is a lot of fun. The only down side is that I work for the morning news show so my hours are from 2AM-9:30AM five days a week. I am also working at my old high school job so I am basically sleeping and working. I do find time to have some fun and hang out with friends back here at home though. Oh well, it will be nice to go back to school with a little extra cash in my pocket.
