Rome notes...
Buon giorno and greetings from Rome!
It's been raining on and off today in Rome and the day has been kind of overcast. Today and every day really I will try and keep a little log with daily highlights of what's happening in Bernardi and Rome in general, providing you with a taste of a little bit of anything and everything. There is so much happening in this city and so much that comes up in conversations that I have with my students, staff and all the other wonderful people that I am surrounded by that I thought why not to share some of the knowledge and wisdom with you, my friends, colleagues, former and current students. My Fall '05 Catholic Studies program students are getting ready to depart for the homeland this Wednesday, February 1 and despite their last few busy days of preparing and studying for their finals, packing and everything, they are still making time to visit and see one last time their favorite sights and relive the memories and experiences of their past four months in the Eternal City. The countdown has begun and the emotions as we get closer to the morning of February 1 are running high as everything becomes 'one last time'........
