Andy Arlotta to speak at Master’s Pub on Friday, November 13th
Turnaround of a Pro Sports Team
Graduate business students and alumni are invited to the Master's Pub Business Conversation with Andy Arlotta, co-owner and vice president of the Minnesota Swarm lacrosse team.
Any turn around involves reducing costs as well as increasing revenues. Andy Arlotta will discuss what the Minnesota Swarm did to cut expenses and will highlight actions the organization took to increase revenues.

As co-owner and vice president of the Minnesota Swarm, Andy Arlotta is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day business operations including sales, sponsorship, marketing, community relations, broadcast and communications.
Prior to joining the Swarm, Arlotta spent 10 years working in the health care industry in sales and management. Most recently, he served as national account manager at Managed Healthcare Associates, a group purchasing organization for specialty pharmacies.
Arlotta graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1999 with a degree in corporate communications and was a member of the school's wrestling and Army ROTC programs. He is currently working on a Master's in Business Administration at Webster University. He currently serves as a board member of Homegrown Lacrosse, vice president of the board for the Minnesota Lacrosse Association and represents the Swarm as associate governor in the National Lacrosse League.
