Who is Keith Wyche? With more than 25 years experience in some of corporate America's most notable companies, including Ameritech, Convergys Corporation, AT&T and IBM. Keith Wyche is currently the President of U.S. Operations at Pitney-Bowes, and is now among the highest ranking African American executives in the U.S.
As President of U.S. Operations at Pitney Bowes, Keith Wyche is responsible for directing approximately 8,000 people and operations at the more than 1,100 sites across the country. Keith is also:
• Board Member of the prestigious Executive Leadership Council
• National Black MBA Association Board Member and named "MBA of the Year"
• Honored as a "Man of Distinction" by the National Urban League
• Profiled by Black Enterprise Magazine, Ebony Magazine & Diversity MBA.

Keith is a 2009 NAACP Image Award Outstanding Literary Work Nominee. His book titled "Good Is Not Enough" is a practical, no-nonsense guide to help minorities of all backgrounds better understand what is required to move beyond the level of middle management to senior level positions within corporate America. Wyche, states "Today, like never before, it is essential for minorities in business to understand the rules of engagement if they expect to survive in the race called Corporate America. All too often, careers of young, minority executives are left wrecked at the middle management level, as they fail to properly navigate the roads of right-sizing, mergers, acquisitions and other potholes of corporate life."
