Nonprofit Seminar Series

Change Options and Business Decisions for your Organization and Programs

Wednesday, April 8, 2009, 9–11:30 a.m.
The Great Room, Opus Hall, University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN
Cost: Free

In the first of three free seminars designed to respond to nonprofit needs, expert Craig Binger will help you clarify your options for program changes, organizational redirection, business choices and implementation steps.

Could you expand or consolidate? Acquire or dispose? Explore fiscal sponsorship or other partnership? Merge or collaborate? This seminar will help you to define the terms, discern your options, anticipate unintended consequences and know the drivers for striking a deal.

Craig Binger, St. Thomas adjunct faculty and former Wilder Foundation executive, has 30 years of experience leading major organizational change initiatives. This leadership activity results from both external environment and internal organizational drivers for organizational redirection, effectiveness and efficiency. His skill set includes the entire range of change leadership action - from directly leading the process, to co-leading or coordinating the efforts of a team, to providing facilitation and consultation to others in a leadership role.
