This is Sarah Anderson, the designated blogger for the trip. I thought I would introduce myself before the trip starts and tell you some important information about the trip before we leave. Above you can see a picture of our dinner at Bucca's to kick off the trip before we leave.
I am a senior at St. Thomas University majoring in Mechanical Engineering. I am originally from Shakopee, MN. I have traveled to Europe twice before, including one trip to Italy with my high school choir. The other places in Europe I have been to include: France, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, and the United Kingdom. I think Italy was my favorite country to visit and I cannot wait to go back!

Arrival in Amsterdam: Tuesday, January 6, 2009 6:30 am
Departure from Amsterdam: Tuesday, January 6, 2009 10:00 am
Arrival in Rome: Tuesday, January 6, 2009 12:25pm
We will come back home Wednesday, January 24th at 12:24pm.
